We are open on Statutory Holidays that fall on our operating days.
Please be advised that there is a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.
For appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment, there will be a missed appointment charge of $50. The same will be applied to no-show patients.
This is only fair since there could have been other patients who would have taken the appointment slot you were holding. Notifications should also be given for cases when one of a pair/group coming together cannot make it.
